Most of us know that we have the ability to stop our own blood flow or whizz it in a different direction. No? Anyone who has experienced blushing knows that it happens and you guys can’t avoid the Mars Bar effect sometimes when a pretty girl walks by. Hey how did that happen?
The paramedics were amazed.

Hey how did that happen?
A colleague of mine – and I know he is not the first – came across a lady who had had an accident and tripped over with a glass in her hand. Her hand was a mess. Big gash, profuse bleeding and glass still stuck in the wound. A few words of ‘magic’ and she followed his instructions exactly and within seconds this wound was not bleeding. The paramedics were amazed.
What you maybe don’t know is that the human heart replicates itself every 77 days or so. You have a completely new heart every 77 days. In fact you have a complete new body every seven years. Let me say that again, your heart cells effectively replace at a rate that builds a new heart in less than three months.
With today’s increasing heart disease rates I think this should be of interest. There is no doubt medical science has made huge leaps in the diagnosing and treatment of heart disease. Unfortunately they are often invasive at best and at the very least unpleasant. Serious cases tend to require serious medicines or treatments for the rest of the patient’s life. The prognosis, if caught tends to be an altogether better prospect than a few years ago even if unpleasant. And I would never suggest anyone not seek or take medical advice if they have any kind of illness, still less a heart problem.
But what if… you could harness that power that stops or changes your blood flow, or creates that blush moment and ask your body to create the heart cells to the original blue print rather than the now defunct one? Regenerate the growing new cells to the original healthy blueprint?
Maybe heart disease has been brought on by lifestyle choices that could have been better and maybe you have made big changes having learned the lesson. Maybe it was a weakness in your ‘genes’. And what if this magical method of recreation was non-invasive, non-surgical and didn’t interfere with your existing medical advice or prescriptions?
Would it be worth trying? Is it possible? One thing I do know is that if you believe it’s possible then it is. If you tell a fish it can’t fly, you could be maligning all the animals that evolved from the sea.
Often people come to a hypnotherapist to treat illness as a very last resort and when it’s too late to make big changes quickly enough, but what if you took that brave step in conjunction with all that medical science had to throw at it?
Could be your lucky number is 7 after all.
